At PÜR Minerals, we want you to love your clean beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our store. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in the original box if possible, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
